The satisfaction of our clients depends on the flexibility and responsiveness of our consultants.
We are looking for open and flexible young people who combine a professional and rigorous approach to their work with excellent listening and communication skills.
Our projects are characterised by:
- Flexible working methods
- Realism, a search for results and the quality of our work
- Team work, but with varied and complementary profiles
...the qualities that lead to success at CM International can be described by several adjectives :
- Autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and reactivity
- Capacity to work hard with a high level of responsibility
- An open-minded attitude - to the world and to different cultures
- Capacity to listen and to communicate
- Intuition and creativity

Consultants :
Our care in adding to the skills of the Group is shown by our recruitment of young graduates from a wide variety of horizons :
- Business schools (Anglo-Saxon MBA's, HEC, ESSEC in France, etc.)
- Engineering schools
- Universities in France or/and in Europe
Internships :
Internships are important for CM International. They allow us to meet, to get to know potential future CM International consultants. The interns we train can earn responsibilities very quickly.
We welcome enquiries from students of business & engineering schools who are currently in their final or penultimate year. We hire a number of interns throughout the year.

The recruitment process at CM International is generally three rounds of 2-3 interviews with consultants, managers and partners.
What we are looking for above all during these interviews is to get to know the candidates, to exchange points of view and ideas in order to assess together the chances for success from an eventual collaboration.
- What we are trying to check out with a candidate is more his / her attitude and professional skills rather than simple knowledge. Thus, we try to assess the candidate's capacity to work in teams, to commit to the client, to listen, to remain open-minded under all circumstances.
- We also talk about, on the one hand, all our activities and the varied range of our missions - and on the other hand, in the most concrete terms possible, about the working environment within which a candidate will have to develop.
