Business Areas > Public Policies > Public Policies Evaluation

Public policy evaluation has long been a key competency of CM International. Evaluation can inform the process of improving a support mechanism or strategy, and it is itself process, enabling us to see a project from different perspectives depending on the tools used. For instance, specific tools enable us to make either a qualitative or a quantitative assessment. Public policy evaluations tend to comprise one or more of the following:
  • Impact evaluation of the project
  • Performance analysis of the support mechanism
  • Facilitative work, enabling the beneficiaries to re-articulate their original aims
  • Research to identify specific areas for improvement
