We always use terminology adapted to the characteristics of the organisation that we work with. The language used is simple and can be understood by a non HR specialist.

Prior the start of a project, we attach particular importance to defining with our customers, the nature and the degree of implication of the different actors. They vary according to the organisational context and the stages of the project.

Wherever possible we use analytical tools to assist us in a project.
This is particularly true for human resource planning and the management of skills and competencies, areas for which we have developed HR planning software called "Démographe".
