We are closely involved in the launch of new products on behalf of our clients (positioning strategy, analysis of the value of the various functions, business plan, multi-functional coordination) and we set up appropriate management methods for innovative projects.
Our approach is designed to encourage the free expression of ideas, even if they seem disturbing, to systematically collect and examine proposals - all proposals -, to select and develop the most promising, using structured and systematic project management methods, and to make full use of those people who generate ideas and manage projects.
When there are major cultural barriers to innovation within the organisation, for example due to there being too much compartmentalisation between functions or between profit centres, we intervene to restore the lines of communication between those involved, using ‘unblocking-mobilisation-consolidation’ type processes drawn from our practical experience of organisational development.
