Presentation
Eva is Senior Consultant at CM International and has eight years experience in economic development. Prior to joining CMI Eva managed an Objective I funded partnership scheme between schools and businesses delivering enterprise education for secondary school pupils and co-ordinated an international trade network between Celtic regions aimed at encouraging SMEs to engage in international trade.
In her time at CMI Eva has developed strong strategy development, evaluation and process consultancy expertise across a range of projects. This work has incorporated facilitation of strategy panels, seminars and conferences across a range of projects including regional foresight, knowledge management and business support reviews. Eva has in particular focused on integrating economic development objectives with the sustainable development agenda. Taken together this experience has made her a highly effective project manager with a clear sense of the connection between high level policy and strategy agendas and operational delivery arrangements on the ground.
Her areas of interest include programme-level and organizational evaluations of process, performance and impact, use of foresight techniques in regional innovation strategies, the application of knowledge management principles to the design of regional innovation systems and sustainable development.
