Dylan Henderson is a Senior Consultant at CM International's Cardiff office. He has a Doctorate in regional innovation strategy, and an MSc in research methodology and European economic development. Prior to joining CMI, Dylan was a research officer for the Wales Regional Technology Plan- the original EU Regional Innovation Strategy in Europe -and a member of the Centre for Advanced Studies team at Cardiff University.
During his time with CM International Dylan has worked with a range of economic and skills development agencies, including RDAs (Welsh Assembly Government, East Midlands Development Agency, London Development Agency, East of England Development Agency), universities (University of Nottingham), and government bodies (Forfás, Ireland; National Research Fund, Luxembourg). He is experienced project manager, with a track record of delivering complex assignments in multi stakeholder environments. Much of this work has been undertaken at the UK regional level, but he has also managed projects on behalf of the CMI Group in countries such as Ireland, Sweden and Luxembourg. This includes project competences across the full policy cycle, ranging from needs and market analysis, strategy and programme development, appraisal, evaluation and strategic review.
